Delivery

WHEN WILL MY ITEM BE SHIPPED?

We normally will ship your order within 3 working days.

Because we sell small and unique collections, produced by crafters and designers, we sometimes have to wait for stock. Therefore, the shipping date may go up to 7 working days.

The delivery time for your purchase with bPost is between 24 and 48 hours in Belgium. It will take a few more days for foreign deliveries or regarding the period of the year.

When a credit card order is placed on studiohelder.be, the customer’s name, billing address, shipping address, telephone number and credit card number and expiration date are gathered. Returns – Exchanges – Refunds

If the ordered goods do not satisfy you, you can decide to return it to Helder vof, within 14 days after delivery date to us for a store credit. You simply have to contact us by phone +32 (0) 3 289 43 18 or by mail *protected email*

Items returned must be wrapped in its original package and in original condition with all the delivered accessoires. In fact, un-complete or damaged products won’t be refund.

 

HOW DO I RETURN ANY ITEMS?

All orders placed on studiohelder.be can be either send or brought back to our shop (with the order receipt):

We recommend you send your return using a trackable method! Until we receive your return to our shop, the items and their condition are your responsibility.

 

FAULTY ITEMS

Please carefully check your items once they have arrived. Should you receive a faulty/damaged item please email us at *protected email* stating your order number and the nature of the fault.

EXCHANGES

Unfortunately we are unable to process a refund for items purchased online and returned to our shop. You will have to send the item back to us for a store credit to be processed, and place a new order for the alternate item.
(Alternatively, you may exchange your item at the HELDER Antwerpen shop. Along with the item you wish to exchange and order receipt.

 

Repairing

Last but not least, we ensure the after sale service and repair in our workshop. Do not hesitate to call us within the specific requests for an estimate cost and lead time.
